Terms and Conditions

If ordering a HERTEX RUG, 

please note their RETURN POLICY.

 Hertex Levies a handling fee of R 400, plus Vat on returns; no returns allowed in the following instances: evidence of dog hair, nor after 7 days of delivery to client/ any Hertex showroom or us.

 Refunds are only paid once received from Hertex, it being their policy not to release any goods without full upfront payment. 

Clients are required to ensure that they have viewed the rugs in order to ensure that it suits the intended space/ purpose. Returns are time consuming, thus we levy an additional charge of 5% of the amount paid in respect of the rug(s) returned in order to process a return and refund. Full rugs can be viewed at the various Hertex Showrooms nationally and clients are entitled and presumed to have seen the actual samples, as colours may differ between photos and the actual rugs. 

 Local (Cape Town and surrounding area) deliveries are usually done within 24- 48 business hours from receipt of full payment. These times are more often than not correct, bar certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and for which we cannot assume responsibility. 

National deliveries are no issue and take approximately 3-4 working days.
